We stayed one night in the studio suite. The lobby and the room was very clean. Kitchen was a great convenience. There was tea and coffee provided. It would have been nice if they provided salt and pepper! Only 4 stars because they could use some new sheets and bed covers, but the ones provided were clean.
They know me and my family by name. It always makes us feel very comfortable and welcome every time we are there.
The Collegiate is an amazing place to stay. The seamless self checking during after hours I find it very convenient. The staff are well mannered and perform their services respectfully. Located in Labrador city, providing reliable accommodations to different types of workers across regions and industry.
Clean and comfortable efficiency. Perfect for my work visit. Close to all amenities and work. I didn't want for anything...except toiletries. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap! And hairdryer.
Clean and tidy for sure. Rooms are missing a screen on the window, air conditioning, a fan or some form of air flow, and a bedside lamp. Friendly staff. The pillows and sheets leave something to be desired, though.
For me this location is perfect. Within walking distance to the mall, Subway, McDonald's, BabaQ's. I'd absolutely stay here again if I was in Labrador City. Rooms are on the more "basic" side but still have everything needed.
Large and spacious fully furnished rooms come with swipe card entry, complete kitchen and bathroom utilities, cooktop, conventional microwave, large bathroom, plenty of closet and drawers storage, comfortable bedding, workstation, t.v, excellent Wi-Fi, room cleaning service once a week. Onsite laundry room with three industrial commercial laundry machines and dryers $1 x2 loonies per load for 45 minutes. Ample free onsite parking. Very quiet hotel suites nestled in the community hub of Lab City. Close proximity to main business centers and restaurants. Two minute walk to IGA shopping center. Great place to stay for work or personal. Excellent customer service from staff.
First time in Labrador City went with the collegiate last minute price is extremely amazing I really thought it was going to be a dump being so cheap. Complete the opposite. I would highly recommend this place 100%. Would have been a 5 star on my rating but shower was brown. I will be back
